PLS requires all staff to complete training in First Aid, Fire Safety, Medication Monitoring, Client Rights, Standard Precautions, Code of Ethics, and Dietary, as well as: Risk Management, Non-Violent Crisis Intervention, Motivational Techniques, Vital Signs, and Productive Living Systems, Inc. "Treatable Moment Philosophy."
