HOURS: Monday-Friday 7am-3pm

As an Embroidery Machine Operator, you make the 4imprint brand come alive by providing customers with high quality embroidery on a wide variety of products using computerized, multi-head embroidery machines in a manufacturing environment.

Here's what a typical day might look like. (These are the essential functions of the job). Other duties may be assigned.

  • Demonstrate the eight core principles that guide every 4imprint teammate on a daily basis: Honesty, Curiosity, Collaboration, Flexibility, Accountability, Empathy, Positive Attitude, Humility.
  • Program embroidery machines as shown on the work order.
  • Ensure accuracy on each order.
  • Sort items/garments by color.
  • Stage, hoop and load products onto embroidery machines.
  • Maintain, set up and run embroidery machines.
  • Finish embroidered products as shown on the work order.
  • Participate in training classes and actively seek professional development.
  • Help out in other areas when needed and when time allows.

Required education/skills/experience:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.

      • 4imprint is an organization committed to learning and curiosity. We'll work with you on your journey to earning this equivalency, within your first 1 year of employment.
  • Ability to lift up to 20 pounds on a frequent/occasional basis.
  • Experience working in a fast-paced production environment.
  • Prior experience with quality control and machine operation preferred.

  • Regular and predictable attendance.

  • Ability to operate machinery with pinch/cut points.
  • Ability to bend, stoop, twist.
  • Ability to use hands, wrists, arms and shoulders in repetitious movements, including grasping and squeezing.
  • Ability to reach below, above, and at shoulder level.
  • Continuous standing and walking on even surfaces for a 10-hour day.
  • Vision required: Depth, less than 20 inches, color and peripheral.
  • Associates working 8 hours will get one 20-minute break (or two 10 min breaks).
  • Associates working 10 hours will get 25 min lunch (or one 15 min and one 10 min break).
  • Work will be performed indoors.
  • Work will be performed at 4imprint, Oshkosh.
